We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service while helping to drive sales and maintain sales targets.

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling escalations promptly and professionally.
    • Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
    • Assist in maintaining sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers.
