- You will work at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafeyette, CO, which is a level II Trauma Center
- You would work in collaboration with our Medical Group and the Good Samaritan Administration and Executive teams to build a superior vascular program in the north market
- The clinic will be a new build out with dedicated space for Vascular, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedic Spine Surgeons
- There is already an established alignment with our primary care physicians for referrals
- Signing Bonus of $25,000 - requires 2 year commitment
- Relocation Bonus of $15,000 (if applicable) - requires 2 year commitment
- MD/DO required
- Able to obtain a license in the state of Colorado, required
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery, required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience highly desired along with practice build experience

Your day.
As a Vascular Surgeon at Good Samaritan Medical Center, you will work with one other Vascular Surgeon and an Advanced Practitioner to assist in the building of a Vascular program. The north market is lacking in this service and Intermountain would like to take the lead in providing outstanding vascular services in the area. Here are some highlights you can expect.
Compensation: our compensation is standard across specialties in the Denver area. Our generous base salary is $515,000 plus a wRVU production incentive. Additionally, we are offering the following bonuses.
