    As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft Teams, you will be part of a dynamic team that is transforming the way people work and collaborate.


    This role is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and advocacy of Teams across different markets and segments, showcasing how Teams can enable new ways of working in a world transformed by AI and flexibility.


    You will help customers understand the fundamental capabilities of Teams, including security and compliance capabilities, app performance, reliability, and different app clients (desktop, mobile, virtual desktop).

    Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience5+ years' experience in SaaS marketing, product management, or relevant management consulting experienceExperience in enterprise B2B Saas product marketingPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experienceSuccessful track record of close collaboration with product management leadership, with experience translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositionsDemonstrated ability to create clarity around complex business challenges, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate results to an executive audienceProduct Marketing IC4

    • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S.
    is USD $101,200
    - $194,800 per year.

    There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000
    - $213,200 per year.
    Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

    The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Microsoft Teams is responsible for developing positioning and messaging for the foundational elements of Teams including performance, simplicity, and compatibility with different clients and devices.
