    Position Specific Description:

    Every day, our dedicated employees ensure safe, affordable, and reliable service for our 4.9 million customers, shaping our company's reputation.

    This role will report to the Plant Manager at Plant Fort Myers in Fort Myers, FL. Experience in Operations, Electrical, and I&C preferred.


    Operations Experience and Troubleshooting Skillset for:
    • AC/DC motors/controllers
    • Medium/High voltage circuit breakers
    • General electrical maintenance standards

    Experience with Maximo, Operations Model Processes, and PGD Electrical Safety Program is advantageous. You will troubleshoot equipment performance issues, ensuring optimal operational conditions.


    Job Overview:

    In this senior-level position, you will lead production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities, driving towards safety, environmental compliance, and cost management goals.
