    Job Description:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for coordinating administrative services and providing support to engagement specialists within Centerstone's South Counties programs. Vets and coordinates outside venders to maintain Centerstone facilities, while also performing general maintenance at the facilities when needed. Oversees and/or completes general office manager duties related to billing and invoicing, monthly reports, facility management, and scheduling. Maintains a positive working relationship with community partners and coworkers.

    This position may be required to work rotating shifts during natural and manmade disasters or other facility emergencies.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Oversees and/or completes general office manager duties related to billing and invoicing, monthly reports, facility management, and scheduling.
    • Coordinates with team leaders, supervisors, and engagement specialists to ensure high quality service provision.
    • Provides telephone and face-to-face triage/intervention/screening with individuals and families for care coordination.
    • Accurately completes billing and invoices for the facility.
    • Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and general maintenance work orders as directed. Responsible for the vehicle fleet and reporting associated. Responsible for security and fire safety within the south county locations, to include all of circuit 20.
    • Oversees implementation of the environment of care plan to ensure a safe environment.
    • Act as liaison between facility and vendors and monitors contract deliverables.
    • Completes 100% of agency and department mandatory trainings on time.
    • Updates leadership on environment of care and administrative tasks monthly or as requested.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
    • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
    • Skill in customer service techniques.
    • Skill in problem-solving.
    • Skill in identifying and prioritizing job tasks.
    • Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
    • Highly skilled in writing, grammar, punctuation, and oral communication.
    • Ability to use general maintenance machinery (i.e. hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices).
    • Interpersonal skills, punctuality, client relations, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
    • Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education Level

    High school diploma or GED required.

    Years of Experience

    Preferred Experience:
    • Two years' previous related experience.
    • Supervisory experience in an institutional or business setting.
    • Experience with vendor selection and monitoring.
    • Experience working in an organization which provides behavioral health and/or addictions treatment services.
    • Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, painting, and flooring.

    Entry Pay Range:
    $42, $59,030.00
