We are growing and therefore looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) at our location in Ramsloh or Hannover.


Your responsibilities:


  • Creation and processing of offers and orders
  • Responsibility for the offer process from acceptance to timely submission
  • Dimensioning of catalysts using application software
  • Followup of offers
  • Technical customer consultation and support for our sales team
  • Direct contact with customers by phone
  • Conducting phone consultations for promotions, handling complaints, and providing support

Your qualifications:


  • Completed technical training or commercial training with a technical background/understanding
  • Fluent in German and basic math skills
  • Courteous handling of customers and prospects
  • Quick comprehension when working with ERP software
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured, organized, and independent way of working
