We are looking for YOU to support us in the VIP area of RB Leipzig's football matches starting in April 2023, as a
hospitality employee (m/f/d).

What you can expect:


  • We guarantee you a shift at every home game, making it easy for you to plan ahead. You can also work at concerts and events.
  • Shift planning and all necessary information will be provided through an app.
  • You will have a personal contact available at all times.
  • Workshops, trainings, and briefings will be conducted digitally.
  • Some outfits will be provided.
  • Bonuses (vouchers for bars, cinemas, etc.).
  • We welcome newcomers and those looking to change careers
  • You will become part of the TEAMBRENNER community and will be well prepared for each new shift.

YOU have a choice These could be your tasks:

  • Serving drinks and clearing tables for guests.
  • Dispensing drinks and tapping.
  • Guest service.
  • Food presentation to support the kitchen.
  • Team leader for service.

What we expect from you:


  • We are looking for sports enthusiasts who have experience in the hospitality industry or are willing to learn.
  • You have a wellgroomed appearance, enjoy communicating with guests, and would describe yourself as openminded and friendly.
  • Being part of a large team is important to you.
