    Job Description

    We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in construction management or similar fields
    • Familiarity with construction management software
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Effective negotiation abilities
    • Ability to work under deadlines and pay attention to details

    Responsibilities:

    - Supervise all stages of the construction project, from planning to implementation

    - Allocate resources for assigned projects

    - Manage onsite personnel and subcontractors

    - Communicate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients

    - Negotiate with contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness

    - Uphold high standards of work quality according to original plans and specifications
