We're seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator and a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic Fort Worth, Texas team. Keep reading if you're ready to elevate your career to new heights.


    Your New Role:

    As a Project Manager, you will:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
    • Utilize project management software to track project progress, resources, and budgets.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, addressing any issues or conflicts promptly.
    • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are achieved.
    • Oversee procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.
    • Resolve any issues or delays that arise, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
    • Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.

    This Job Is for You If:

    • You have at least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.
    • You're skilled in analyzing construction plans and specifications.
    • You excel in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
    • You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a clean driving record.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction or roofing.
    • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction methods, and building codes.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and takeoff software (e.g., EDGE).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
