Behind every successful company is a strong and motivated team. We are currently looking for a strong leader to build and manage our Facility Management department. As a Facility Manager (m/w/d), you will be the point of contact for all commercial, technical, and infrastructural areas.

You will oversee our company headquarters, which includes approximately 40,000 square meters of production and office space and around 550 employees.


Your responsibilities:


  • Establishing and implementing the Facility Management department
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Planning and ensuring building operations, as well as regular maintenance services
  • Acting as the client representative for new, expansion, renovation, and refurbishment projects
  • Taking action in response to reported deficiencies or similar incidents
  • Managing external service providers and planning offices, including ensuring the quality of their services
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations, as well as costeffectiveness
  • Reporting, continuously reviewing, and implementing optimization measures

Your qualifications:


  • A degree in Facility Management, Technical Building Services, Civil/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable technical qualification,
