As part of their continued growth strategy, we are currently seeking a Trainee Recruiter (m/f/d) for a permanent position at our client's location in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

Creating meaningful job advertisements
Actively researching, identifying, and approaching potential experts for current vacancies at our client's customers
Conducting telephone interviews and coordinating appointments between experts and clients
Creating expert profiles in close collaboration with the sales team
Independently managing experts throughout the entire application process, from the first phone call to the final contract signing

Qualifications:

You have completed a degree
You have a strong service and customer orientation, as well as a high level of enthusiasm
You are driven by your contribution to the company's growth and a sustainable goal orientation
You enjoy networking and have a positive demeanor in phone and personal contact with clients and candidates
Fluent language skills in German round off your profile
