Your main tasks:
You will support the team "Sales & Guest Service" of the Zoo, Tierpark, and Aquarium Berlin - this includes:
- Processing guest inquiries (via email, telephone, and in direct contact)
- Management of the online shop
- Care of B2B customers
- Direct connection of customer acquisition and customer loyalty
- Embodiment of the company philosophy
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector (with first experience in customer service)
- Structured, reliable, and sustainable way of working
- Economic understanding
- Communicative and openminded, confident demeanor
- Confidential handling of sensitive information
- Professional writing style
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
