- Handles workers' compensation hearings in all Michigan workers' compensation bureaus throughout the state.
- Handles Michigan no-fault litigation in all Michigan courts including the Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals.
- Provides legal guidance and advice to our workers' compensation and personal injury protection claims staff as well as over 50 transportation insured customers.
- Offers legal support, research, defense assistance, and management of outside counsel for nationwide 3rd party trucking and logistics claims.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
- Ability to work independently in the courtroom as well as in a team environment with our existing Legal Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel, clients, and adjusters.
