Seeking litigation attorney for our growing practice and team Immediate courtroom experience and client contact. Partnership opportunities.

Our practice: High volume landlord-tenant evictions, /mo. Many ancillary matters including housing discrimination defense, bankruptcy creditor representation, collections, mortgage/land contract foreclosures, lease and other contract drafting.

​Your ​Qualifications:

• At least 1 year, preferably 2 years previous experience
• Litigation experience helpful, but not necessary, but you want to be in courtrooms
• Excellent writer -- motions/briefs, emails
• Very organized
• Deadline oriented -- know when work must be completed by and you get it done
• People person -- must be great with clients, court personnel. Respecting them and keeping them happy is key to success.
