    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Aiello & DiFalco LLP located in Garden City, NY. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, preparing agreements, appearing for court conferences and handling cases independently as well as supporting partners in more complex matters. This is an on-site role.

    Qualifications

    • Experience handling matrimonial and family law matters - preferably a minimum of 2 years
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Firm understanding of financial issues involved in a matrimonial matter
    • NYS bar admission

    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Concise written communication and strong verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel and the court
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
