Role Expectations:
Essential Skills: Support overall census and budget objectives. Aid in troubleshooting to achieve census and budget goals. Ensure meeting referral source requirements. Comprehensive understanding of the D&A and Mental Health field including care levels, funding sources, county funding structures, referral networks, and knowledge of CARF standards.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, or Business/Marketing preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health, Business/Marketing required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 3-5 years of experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field. 3-5 years of experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or Community Relations in direct client care preferred.
Desired Behavioral Traits:
Proven ability to work independently with high energy and motivation, customer-centric approach, self-discipline, and attention to detail. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Ability to contribute to team marketing efforts.
