- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for existing fleet accounts, addressing service, store, and field issues for assigned Field Service Representatives.
- Provide support for Regional Director (RD) and Field Service Reps directly.
- Create and manage accounts for corporate clients. Identify appropriate price plans for corporate clients.
- Manage incoming calls to the FLEET line and monitor the Inbox.
- Dispatch inbound inquiries to internal departments, such as Outbound Sales or FSR teams, when issues require escalation beyond the resolution capabilities of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) level.
- Assist in the preparation and reporting for customer reviews, including consolidating driver surveys, analyzing overall customer growth, etc.
- Become proficient with POS and ShopX.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with POS and ShopX a plus. Will be required to become proficient in POS and ShopX.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Capacity to assess the importance and urgency of customer inquiries and prioritize accordingly.
- Experience organizing and analyzing datasets for continuous review and improvement.
