Job Summary:

• The Marketing Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), and Physician Practices within their assigned territory. This role involves cultivating new patient activity, building stronger relationships with referring LTC, SNF, and Physician Practices, improving payer mix, and enhancing the physician referral network in collaboration with the Business Development Department. Additionally, the position coordinates community relations, marketing, and business development activities to enhance brand recognition and consumer relations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by continuously measuring satisfaction levels and addressing customer needs promptly
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new business
• Maintaining communication with referral sources and monitoring satisfaction levels
• Positioning Penn Medicine at Home as a leader in the community and physician practices within the designated territory
• Serving as a knowledgeable resource on home care services, including hospice and end-of-life care, for clinical staff and referral sources

Credentials:

• Car Insurance (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
• Specialization in Marketing or Healthcare preferred, or related field experience
• 3+ years of successful sales experience targeting physicians, discharge planners, etc., or related healthcare experience
• 1+ years of experience in Homecare or Hospice services
