    Default job background
    Description

At IWCO, we spend our days in the relentless pursuit of better ideas, better creativity and better performance across all direct response marketing channels. It's about being impactful, disciplined and measurable, while enjoying the process, being a part of a supportive team and having some fun along the way.

IWCO cares and plays an active role in our communities. We also work closely with industry partners, like the U.S. Postal Service, paper suppliers, technology innovators and execution partners to drive added value for our clients, push creativity, decrease costs and to drive better performance.

If you're thinking of a new career, every day at IWCO we're about doing the same thing for our employees as we do for our clients: Making Better HappenSM. We care about results. And we care about each other. We all strive to be better today than we were yesterday. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and on-site wellness programs – not to mention the opportunity to work with the most talented people in marketing who'll challenge you and help you become better every day.

Ready to dive into a role that's as dynamic as it is impactful? Look no further

As our next Compensation Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to attract and retain top talent. Forget playing catch-up – we're all about taking the lead in the talent game. Picture yourself as the architect behind our strategy for Pay Transparency, setting the standard for the industry.

But that's just the beginning. You'll be rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on, interviewing and surveying employees and managers to capture every detail of their roles. From there, it's all about assessing positions, determining classifications, and crafting salary ranges that turn heads.

Consider yourself the go-to guru when it comes to our compensation system. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining job classifications and salary scales, all while working side by side with business leaders to craft career ladders that spark ambition in every department.

And when it comes to data? You'll be our secret weapon. From strategic surveys to market intelligence, you'll be benchmarking like a boss and using cutting-edge analysis techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

But here's the real kicker – you won't be doing this alone. Armed with tools like UKG and ERI-Salary Assessor, you'll be collaborating with the best and brightest minds to implement job analysis instruments that set us apart.

And let's not forget about the human touch. You'll be leading the charge in gathering employee feedback through focus groups, shaping benefits and compensation packages that truly resonate.

In short, you'll be the driving force behind our preferred methods and best practices for hiring, training, and evaluating employees. Oh, and did we mention you'll be our resident expert on state and federal regulations, benefits policies, and HR procedures?

So, if you're ready to make a splash in the world of compensation and take your career to new heights, we want to hear from you. Come join us on this thrilling journey
