    As our next Compensation Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to attract and retain top talent. Forget playing catch-up we're all about taking the lead in the talent game.     But that's just the beginning. You'll be rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on, interviewing and surveying employees and managers to capture every detail of their roles. From there, it's all about assessing positions, determining classifications, and crafting salary ranges that turn heads.

    Consider yourself the go-to guru when it comes to our compensation system. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining job classifications and salary scales, all while working side by side with business leaders to craft career ladders that spark ambition in every department.

    And when it comes to data? You'll be our secret weapon. From strategic surveys to market intelligence, you'll be benchmarking like a boss and using cutting-edge analysis techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
    • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Expert with Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (example Cognos).

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
    • One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to work 8 hours consecutively.
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
    • Ability to pass a pre-hire background check and drug-screen
