- Proven track record operating within effective privacy programs with a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Experience in writing policies and trainings, assessing risks, and responding to incidents in the health and privacy space.
- Knowledge of privacy frameworks and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry, including HIPAA.
- Ability to understand privacy risks and explain them to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of privacy industry experience (more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Certification in Privacy from an industryrecognized body (e.g., IAPP, HCCA, etc.)
- Experience in a dedicated privacy role within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge or familiarity with AWS services.
