    We need seasoned HCM Cloud technical delivery professionals who deliver world-class implementations – finding the right balance between delivery rigor and discipline and creating an exceptional customer experience.

    They spend the majority of their time with the client, at their location, focused solely on their client, and the project work at hand.

    The Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Delivery Lead is a multifaceted role that requires a combination of skills:

    deep knowledge in HCM Applications technology

    good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities

    storing leadership and management skills


    Will apply technical and functional expertise on one hand, and leadership skills on the other, to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects on their projects.

    Accountability for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversee and advises the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.


    With the above facets in play, on a typical project, the lead is will conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on all technical items, lead and develop technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; and finally ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers.

    The lead is will perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a good, valuable, and productive relationship.


    Aside from tech lead role on a project, capitalizing on their experience and skills, will support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations and orals showcasing our teams' solutions, experience, and capabilities.


    Additionally, the candidate should be able to contribute/lead innovation and initiatives in the context of our communities of practice and cross functional teams.

    Responsibilities

    To be successful and effective, the lead should possess and have experience the following skills in alignment with the facets of the role:

    Technical skills

    Foundational understanding of Cloud

    Oracle SaaS experience in Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; including experience HCM Cloud inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions

    Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering the above tracks

    Deep experience in integration in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, security, and processes

    Experience in OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP

    Foundational expertise in security:
    IDCS and security standards, SOS, SAML, OAUTH, PGP, ..etc.

    Functional skills

    Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules in areas of expertise

    Clear understanding of functional processes and workflows

    Leadership skills

    Leadership:
    empathy, active listening, influencing, drive, empowerment, confidence ...

    Good communication skills both verbal and written

    Effective presentation skills

    Project management:

    planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks; effectively managing resources and identifying needs and changes, ..etc.

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    11 paid holidays

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
