- Work and lead team to provide impeccable customer service
- Responsible for inventory control, including cycle counts, adjustments and maintain proper inventory of products
- Supervise team consisting of inside sales associates and warehouse personnel
- Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of facility in compliance with all policies
- Minimum one year related management experience and training; OR combination of education and training or experience
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate, encourage and promote team work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programs.
- Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems a plus

You will direct and coordinate the activities associated with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure customers needs are met, provide impeccable customer service to external and internal customers, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will work to maintain customer satisfaction for all customers through in-person interaction as well as phone interaction. Attention to detail from start to finish is a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services a plus.
