We are currently seeking a Director of Claims (m/f/d) for our German management team in Munich.


This is a key role in our company that requires a high level of expertise in insurance and claims management.

The incumbent will be a member of the German management team as well as the Europe Claims Leadership Team, and will also serve as a point of contact and interface at an international level.

We are looking for a smart strategist who can lead a team of talented claims specialists with empathy and pragmatism, while also proactively developing our claims handling function and excelling in the operational aspects of claims management.

Above all, we are seeking someone who is rational, methodical, and compassionate. The incumbent will report to the Head of Claims - Europe.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all claims activities in Germany.
