Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your passion for sustainability in manufacturing? Energetics is hiring engineers and scientists with industry experience who are interested in contributing at a high level to the important changes that are underway in the manufacturing sector; a sector that consumes approximately 1/3 of total US energy use. "Industry experience" may include any, or even a combination of - metals, cement, chemicals, refining, electronics manufacturing. Candidates should have interest in next generation technology and clean energy strategies for industrial decarbonization in the United States. Qualified candidates will support the DOE's Industrial Efficiency and Decarbonization Office (IEDO) and Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Office (AMMTO) with analysis, research, reporting and R&D program support.
A broad range of experience will be valuable for this mid-level industrial energy analyst position. As part of your work, you'll gain knowledge about cutting-edge technologies, trends, and policies in the manufacturing sector and contribute to foundational analysis and reporting.
