This position is responsible for supporting sales representatives or account management personnel in the prospecting, acquiring, or renewing business.
Duties vary based on market and type of role supporting and may include any of the following:
Building relationships with customer representatives/brokers
Researching and coordinating the resolution of customer issues
Preparing and analyzing reports
Participating/leading enrollment meetings
Gathering information for RFPs
Preparing or implementing new accounts or renewals
Travel to customer sites
This is a Hybrid workstyle, working in the Richardson, TX office three days per week and working remotely two days per week.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree AND 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 1 year experience in health care management in a marketing service representative role OR 3 years' experience in sales/marketing or health care management/claims/provider service experience involving processing/ coordination of services for health care clients.
Organizational and decision-making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills.
Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
