- Develop recommendations and plans for application of systems engineering principles (such as NASA NPR 7123) to the pressurized lunar rover project.
- Coordination of development and management of interfaces as well as integrated analyses and margins.
- Identify technical risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and determine resource requirements.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, define individual and team goals, set priorities & deadlines, identify key stakeholders, clearly communicate requirements and needs.
- Represent the team and stakeholder interests at various boards and with both domestic and international customers.
- Act as interface for the management of test schedules and test definitions that satisfy project and program goals and requirements.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field and ten (10) years of related experience; Minimum of 5 years of systems engineering and integration experienceKnowledge and understanding of SE&I processes, methodologies, tools and technologies.
- Experience with requirements development, design trades, risk analysis, and system analysis of space hardware.
- Experience in space flight systems engineering including the successful delivery of space flight hardware.
- Familiarity with NASA/JSC documentation databases and SharePoint sites as well as typical systems engineering products.
- Familiarity with systems engineering software tools and programs (Magic Draw, DOORS, or similar).

As a Senior Systems Engineer, Pressurized Lunar Rover, you'll find yourself at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with a passionate team who shares your dedication to excellence.

Someone in this role would typically have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and ten (10) years of experience.
