    This is a fully remote position.


    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Revenue Finance & Reimbursement Analyst performs tasks and analyses, independently or in collaboration with department colleagues, to support department objectives.

    This could include but is not limited to, revenue integrity, revenue capture, workflow improvements, pricing and reimbursement models, and analyses in support of annual Medicare cost reports.

    The Revenue Finance & Reimbursement Analyst is also responsible for various administrative tasks supporting the department. He/she is trained across teams within the department to provide additional resources on labor-intensive or high-priority projects.


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities were acquired may be considered.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Minimum of two years' experience in health care, finance or revenue cycle operations. Working knowledge of healthcare charging and reimbursement highly desired.
