    Description


    Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for performing financial modeling & business decision analyses including asset allocation and cash flow management, oversight of the financial budgets and forecasts, as well as communicating financial information to the executive leadership team.

    This individual will lead the company's annual budgeting process, support month-end financial reporting, and partner closely with functional leaders across the organization to drive continued growth and improve EBITDA margins.

    This is a hybrid role where you are expected to come on-site 3 days per week (M/T/Th).


    Manage and improve the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process, working closely with functional leaders to set realistic financial targets that are aligned with the organizational strategies and goals.

    Includes variable and fixed labor planning.
    Track, analyze, and report on internal KPIs to measure financial performance
    Manage and improve balance sheet, working capital and cash projections
    Prepare return models to support capital allocation / asset management
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for executive leadership team
    Understand and communicate actual vs budget P&Ls to budget owners monthly; recommend appropriate course of action to help achieve the financial targets
    Identify and investigate material variances, providing explanations for management to support decision making
    Create reports using BI tools to query data used for financial & business KPI reporting
    Creation of ad-hoc reports and financial modeling on as-needed basis


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
    Minimum of 10+ years of financial analysis experience including supervisory experience
    Possess superb knowledge and understanding of financial systems, financial planning and analysis, and accounting principles
