- Partner with CFO to execute financial plans and strategies
- Lead on FP&A to support business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, Board Members, and banks
- Oversee Cash management, treasury operations, and risk management
- Build and lead FP&A and Treasury teams
- Work with the CFO to support strategic initiatives including the development of KPI analytics and business partner support to marketing, sales, product and customer success teams
- Support improvements and development of the financial model
- Experience in a vehicle or Industrial manufacturing-focused business
- Strong forecasting/modelling skills
- Excited to work in a scale-up business
- Commercially astute and able to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- MBA
- Investment Banking Experience

The Client

After developing and testing their technology for two decades, our client is is now putting their proprietary technology onto the roads in the US, Europe, and Australia. The business is looking for a strong leader and financial modeller to join the team as the Director of FP&A and Treasury they scale up production
The Role
The Director of FP&A will support the CFO in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling and scenario analysis. Additionally, this individual will lead treasury cash management, including rolling cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, and short-term investing/cash management
This position will gain direct exposure to the Executive Leadership Team through consistent collaboration and will be a key player in high-impact areas like capital raising, corporate development activities, and BOD engagement.
This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to be an integral member of a highly accomplished and collaborative finance team.
