    The FP&A Senior Manager will be the leader of the Advisory Service Line as a part of the overall Finance Team.

    The FP&A Senior Manager leads a variety of financial focus areas in support of the firm's overall financial goals.

    As an FP&A Senior Manager, your day(s) will consist of, but not limited to:


    • Lead monthly financial forecasting ) , reporting, and operational metrics tracking
    • Develop and lead FP&A team in support of the firm's goals
    • Report on financial performance and support preparation for regular leadership reviews
    • Lead the annual budgeting process to establish financial budgets for the coming fiscal year
    • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis ) , identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
    • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts ) ; proactively identifying areas for improvement
    • Support effective cost management by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
    • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
    • Lead corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
    • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

    What you bring to the role:

    • BA or BS degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
    • 8 years of business finance or other relevant experience
    • Significant experience in financial modeling ) techniques and developing financial reports
    • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions ) as well as Word and Powerpoint
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with Leaders across the firm
    • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
    • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

    The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000.

    Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
