    Description

    Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (On-site position)

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate appointments between clients and linguists across multiple industries
    • Manage a high volume of phone calls with clients and vendors
    • Ensure precise scheduling and logistical arrangements
    • Maintain detailed records and documentation of appointments
    • Collaborate with various teams to optimize scheduling efficiency
    • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and linguists
    • Contribute to a positive and productive office environment

    Requirements:

    • College degree preferred
    • Exceptional multitasking abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent computer skills (proficiency in scheduling software a plus)
    • Outstanding customer service orientation
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
    • Prior experience in scheduling and/or, coordination
    • Must be honest, drug-free, and smoke-free
    • Compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
