ConocoPhillips is a leading oil and gas company, which is hiring PC Refreshers for contract positions. The PC Refresher will is responsible for providing timely desktop site support and problem resolution for our internal customers.

Description:

Provide timely desktop site support and problem resolution for our internal customers, in support of a fast-paced, personal computer hardware refresh project.

This technical role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, effective communications skills, a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, in a large corporate headquarters environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Perform installation and configuration of personal computing hardware and peripherals. Immaculate cable management practices.
Provide customer service and deployment guidance regarding installation of software and configuring desktop settings. Software installs via ServiceNow catalog requests and Microsoft IT Store.
Configuring OneDrive settings and assisting customer synchronize data.
Microsoft Outlook. Assist setup user profiles, add additional mailboxes and personalized settings.
Reconnecting network printers and assistance with driver installs for local print devices.
Provide postdeployment support for any connectivity, performance or configuration issues.
Maintain asset management records in ServiceNow.
Provide clear and professional communications using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Basic/Required:

3+ years of direct experience in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
3+ years of direct experience an Information Technology site support role
Physical requirements:
Able to lift computer equipment that weighs up to 30 lbs. from the floor.
Bend, stoop, crawl under tables/desks to perform cable management tasks
Able to bend to pick up equipment and load a cart.
Able to push/pull equipment on a cart of up to 100 lbs.
