Spherion is looking to hire a Customer Care Representative for a local, reputable company in Cherry Valley, IL. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site testing services with customers.

Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
Enter and update client specific information in the computer system
Create monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
Ensure schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations
Prepare and map service routes
Serve as a point of contact between customers and company technicians

Qualifications:

1+ years experience in phone customer service
Working knowledge of Windows software, internet, spreadsheet, Word, and Contact Management systems
Excellent typing skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams
