    Description

    Spherion is looking to hire a Customer Care Representative for a local, reputable company in Cherry Valley, IL. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site testing services with customers.

    Highlights:

    • 60-day Temp-To-Hire program. 30-days to evaluate performance and attendancethen a 30-day onboard conversion.
    • Full benefit platform including Major Medical, Dental, Vision and Short Term Disability /PTO / Sick / Holiday Pay
    • Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m.
    Responsibilities:
    • Initiates and maintains contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
    • Enters and updates client specific information in the computer system
    • Creates monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
    • Ensures schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations
    • Prepares and maps service routes
    • Serves as point of contact between customers and company technicians
    Skills:
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work well in teams
    Qualifications:
    • 1 plus years experience in phone customer service
    • Knowledge in a Windows software, Internet, Spreadsheet, Word, and Contact Management systems
    • Excellent typing skills
