    Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION:
    Manufacturing and Design firm specializing in Signage, Displays and Fixtures in Corona seeking a technically talented Controller to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a path to Executive Leadership. Overseeing accounting, human resources and IT.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Oversees and implements the company's accounting and control functions.
    • Manage Human Resources Manager, payroll, and outsourced IT
    • Maintains accurate closing of the financial records.
    • Prepares consolidated financial statements.
    • Provides leadership for the company's business/financial planning and budgeting
    • Coordinates and prepares audit requirements to reconcile inventory and provides analysis to management and CPA
    • Performs various account analysis and account reconciliations.
    • Provides management with timely, accurate, and relevant financial reporting: job cost analysis, variance analysis, etc.
    • Works with executive leadership to ensure that financial reporting is oriented to business needs
    • Oversee A/P, A/R, and Collections staff
    • Oversee Payroll, post to G/L
    • Provides leadership to the financial organization and the entire staff, ensuring that the function is properly organized, staffed, developed, motivated and compensated.
    • Ability to troubleshoot Sharepoint, Teams, Workflows, all in MS Office

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related, CPA/MBA preferred
    • Management experience 5+ years
    • Cost Accounting/Manufacturing experience required
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • MS Office knowledge – Sharepoint, Teams, Workflows
    • ERP system experience (Acumatica)
