To strengthen our team at HanseWerk Natur GmbH, we are currently looking for a Head of Controlling & Finance (m/f/d)* for our location in Quickborn near Hamburg, starting as soon as possible.

A challenging role:

You will advise and support the management in strategic and corporate policy issues, particularly in our growth business case for shaping the heat transition, as well as in the areas of financing and company valuation.

You will lead a team of eleven employees and support them in their professional and personal development.
You will drive the digitalization and automation of commercial processes within the company.
You will be responsible for meaningful planning calculations according to IFR
