Compensation: $23/hr
Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This role will start off fully on-site for training (2-4 months) and them will move to a hybrid role.
The Health Services Coordinator role is an entry-level position responsible for providing exceptional customer service via the phone and other modes of communication to customers, as well as the timely, accurate, and productive review of claims. In this role, you will work with members, providers, health plans, and internal staff on various tasks. This role is a potent combination of administrative and customer service. It will allow you to learn the industry inside and out and provide opportunities for advancement with the team
Before moving to a hybrid role, this role will start with 2-4 months of in-office training (Beaverton, OR, off 217).
