    As the Resident Services Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting the Director of Health Services with the organization and management of medical information on a day-to-day basis. You will also play a key role in overseeing daily care operations to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met. This role entails significant interaction with residents, their families, and facility staff, serving as a vital link to facilitate smooth communication and exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Positive demeanor and passion for teamwork
    • Prior experience in Elderly care facilities highly preferred
    • Associate Degree or higher strongly preferred; CNA or Caregiver background a bonus
