    Resident Services Coordinator - Cathedral Village

    Job Description:

    • Identify resident needs and implement services and programs to enhance community life.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
    • Assist residents in understanding and resolving notices from property management.
    • Offer information and referral services to residents.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in information and referral services and advocacy.
    • Experience with domestic violence survivors preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
