Compensation: $23 per hour
Availability: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. This role kicks off with in-office training for 2-4 months and will transition to a hybrid setup.
The Health Services Coordinator position is a starting point that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through various channels and ensuring the efficient handling of claims. Collaborate with members, providers, health plans, and internal teams on a range of tasks. This role blends administrative responsibilities with customer service, providing a deep dive into the industry and room for career growth within the team.
Before transitioning to a hybrid role, there's an initial in-office training period of 2-4 months in Beaverton, OR (off 217).
