    We are a mission-driven Developer/Construction company dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions. Our commitment to excellence and a shared vision of improving communities drives our organization. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our mission.


    Responsibilities:


    • Maintain tax schedules and ensure timely payments for multiple states.
    • Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Oversee the monthend close process for multiple entities within the organization.
    • Calculate cash surpluses to facilitate efficient distributions.
    • Review construction draws and provide guidance to staff on process enhancements.
    • Collaborate in coordinating yearend financial audit activities for multiple entities.
    • Generate financial reports based on comprehensive data analysis.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
    • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with RealPage software.
    • A selfstarter capable of working proactively with limited supervision.
    • Strong ethics and integrity in financial reporting and business practices.

    Compensation:
    $75, $95,000.00 per year
