- Processing all incoming utilities, invoices, property taxes etc
- Setting up new utility accounts
- Assisting the AP team with check processing
- Ensuring the accuracy, appropriateness, and legitimacy of utility related invoices submitted for payment
- Communicating with vendors regarding their account status through written or verbal means
- Providing timely responses to vendors and coworkers via calls and emails
- Minimum 3–4 years experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Familiarity with Great Plains Accounting Software a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook
