- Responsible for performing dimensional & visual inspection
- Responsible for performing hardness testing
- Responsible for documenting inspection results & records
- Responsible for determining accuracy of heat codes and Mill Test Report (MTR)
- Verification of traceability prior to release of the product
- Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all QMS requirements
- Maintain professional leadership with machinists, assemblers, test technicians, Supervisors and Managers
- Assign Heat Codes to all purchased raw material update it on Syteline Perform receiving inspection on buy-out parts or parts received from sister companies
- Assign Heat Code on all job router
- Monogram Application to API products as applicable
- If required, assist in Calibration Process
- Verify traceability for semi-finished parts received from WOM-India
- File an NCR for non-compliances and take corrective action as per engineering disposition
- Comply with all health and safety rules
- Coordinate with inspectors on inspection priorities.
- Enter requisitions for quality related tasks
- Comply with all health and safety rules
- High School diploma or a GED equivalent or equivalent work experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawing, symbol, tolerances
- Basic Computer Skill – MS Office
- Good Communication skill
- Familiarity with GD & T preferred but not required.
- Ability to file NCR
- Six-months related experience
- Ability to read, interpret drawings
- Visual Acuity Testing that meets the applicable requirements of ASNT SNT-TC1A
- Color contrast testing required

We are hiring a Quality Control Inspector, candidate will perform inspections and tests for at receiving, in-process and final for all production parts, subassemblies, purchased parts, outside operations and completed assemblies. Assist/train QC Inspectors as requested.
