Location: Kirkland, WA, US, 98033

Worksite: On-site for the first 6 months, then an opportunity for WFH 1 day a week

Compensation: $84,000 - $112,300 annually

Job Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day and month-end activities of 1 or 2 staff accountants
Ensuring timely and accurate margin analysis, cost standards, and financial reporting
Participating in month-end financial statement closing duties, including margin analysis
Leading preparation of cost of sales forecasts and subsequent reviews
Analyzing cost reserves and ensuring proper accounting practices
Driving process improvements and training the cost accounting team

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory roles
Understanding of US GAAP; CPA / MBA preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, and data analytics tools
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
