Job Summary:
The Account Manager will focus on sales in multi-family units, collaborating with property managers and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop creative sales strategies in multi-family properties
- Host community events in MDU properties to promote Ziply Fiber services
- Regularly visit MDU properties, documenting key insights
- Exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing team on strategy and material distribution
- Monitor industry developments for strategic analysis
Qualifications:
- 6+ months sales or customer service experience or military background
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and resilient
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Outstanding customer service skills
Work Authorization:
US work authorization required for all applicants.
Physical Requirements:
The role involves physical activities like bending, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Visual capabilities include close vision and depth perception. Safe driving within the region is necessary.
Work Environment and Additional Information:
Work is mostly in an office setting with computer use. Employees must prioritize Ziply Fiber as their primary employer.
