    ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

    Join the Service Management and Operations Group (SMOG) as a New Product Introduction Program Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful launch of their products, collaborating closely with various teams including product management, engineering, legal, and packaging. This position offers the opportunity to lead customer-focused processes, drive cross-functional product launch activities, and advocate for the best customer experience.

    THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

    • Design, implement, and lead customer-focused processes for successful product launches
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and drive product launch activities and schedules
    • Advocate for SMOG and PSO requirements to enhance customer experience
    • Present weekly launch readiness updates and identify key process indicators for successful launches
    • Track products post-launch, implement lessons learned, and drive process improvements

    KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in New Product Introduction and/or Customer Service
    • Experience in high-tech new product introduction projects with verifiable results
    • Knowledge of customer service operations, warranty policies, and repair operations
    • Ability to devise and track data-driven processes and drive operational excellence
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong experience building cross-functional relationships
    • Ability to drive results, motivate others, and instill a sense of urgency
    • Experience in leadership positions and achieving results with minimal supervision
    • Experience driving Enterprise programs
