    Portfolio Manager at Constellation Brands

    Located in Norton, MA

    Position Summary:

    This position involves overseeing the Constellation portfolio, conducting detailed sales analysis, and enhancing brand awareness and sales.


    Daily/Position Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the AVP on programming development and goal setting.
    • Work closely with sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
    • Create branding opportunities and marketing collateral.
    • Manage incentive programs and sales analysis.
    • Coordinate program calendars and prioritize key brands.
    • Conduct training sessions and seminars.
    • Maintain updates and submissions for editorials.

    Education/Experience:
    • Strong wine knowledge.
    • Preferably a college degree or equivalent education and experience.
    • 5-7 years of wholesaler/supplier sales experience.


    Skills/Requirements:
    • Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to lift 40+ pound cases of product.
    • Extensive travel required within the territory.
    • Merchandising skills at the retail level.
    • Minimum age of 21 years.
