Responsibilities

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives to support organizational goals
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system (Paycor) and perform data entry as needed
- Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness
- Support HR projects as assigned, such as performance management system implementation or benefits open enrollment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources

Skills

HRIS (3 years of experience is required)

Organizational Skills

Data Entry (3 years of experience is preferred)

Project Management (3 years of experience is required)

Problem Solving

Strategic Planning

Training (3 years of experience is preferred)
