- Collaborate with operations teams to understand HR needs and tailor strategies that optimize logistics efficiency.
- Spearhead the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert advice and support to all staff.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless administration and compliance.
- Drive the performance management processes, including evaluations and improvements.
- Lead new employee onboarding, from documentation to orientation, ensuring a smooth integration into our logistics environment.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and employment laws, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
- Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, terminations, and support employee inquiries.
- (3-5) years of progressive experience within Human Resources, highlighting expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, engagement, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Proficient in maintaining necessary confidentiality levels.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS, preferably Paycom (time and attendance, benefits, position management, talent acquisition).
